How it works

1. The first step is to register for an account.

Registering for an account is quick and free. Once you register you will be able to access the areas of the site where we will be working with you on your new job.

Click on the “Register Here” button below and you will be taken to the Register New User page.

After registering you will be brought back here so you can continue on to the next step, so don’t worry, go ahead and click the button to register. If you have already registered then go directly to step 2.

Once you are brought back here, move on to step 2.

2. The next step is to request a consultation.

Once your account is registered we will need to talk with you to understand exactly what you are looking for so that we can advise you on how to proceed.

Please fill out the Request for Consultation form so that we can connect with you and get started working on your new job for you!

3. After the initial consultation, order the career package.

After we have had an opportunity to consult with you on what you are looking for, what you need to make it happen and the timeline you would like to work within, you will need to order the career package so we can get started preparing your documentation and records.

4. Career package is created and uploaded to your member area.

Once we receive your order we will start putting together your career package. This process should take about 24-48 hours.

After your career package is ready, we will upload it to your member area where you can login and download or view your documents.

5. Review your documents and get to know them.

After your career package has been created you will have access to your documents such as your new resume, support materials for the job you want, references and letters of recommendation.

It is very important at this point that you review all of the documents and become familiar with all the details as you prepare for interviews.

We are always available for follow up questions or further advice to help you be as successful as possible.

6. Finally, Submit your resume and apply for your new job.

Once you have received your career package and familiarized yourself with all of the details, you should apply for the job you want.

At this point, you will have up to two months of call service provided where any potential employer can call any of your references or former employers listed on your resume and get a glowing review from them.

It has been our experience that two months is plenty of time for a new employer to call for references, if they intend to; however, should you need more time we do provide additional options to extend the call service for as long as you need. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you need to.
